Expert Responsive Web App: Informed

The development of Informed followed a user-centered design approach, starting with research to understand the needs and pain points of individuals seeking expert advice. I conducted user interviews, crafted personas, and mapped user journeys to inform the design. Prototyping and usability testing were key in refining the interface for an intuitive and responsive experience.
